Alpha support

HFOPiano Omega v512 Alpha is a feedback build. Useful reports include device facts and telemetry, not only opinions.

Include this

Preview URL.
Device model and browser.
Preset: Practice, Default, Performer, or Custom.
Telemetry screenshot or copied witness JSON.
Lighting, orientation, and whether the camera was front or rear.
Short clip or screenshot for cursor drift, dropped notes, layout overlap, or low FPS.

Known workaround

If Default feels slow, open the drawer and choose Practice. Practice uses a smaller detector input and one fingertip cursor.

Current routing

Alpha testers should use the witness page, copy the witness JSON or telemetry snapshot, and send it through the private tester channel provided with the invitation. A public support form is still required before broader public launch.
